Roussos Construction proudly completed a full interior renovation at The Arlo Apartments in Citrus Heights, transforming an outdated unit into a clean, modern living space. The renovation included the installation of durable gray wood-look tile flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, and main living areas, offering both beauty and longevity.

Cozy carpet was installed in the bedrooms for added warmth and comfort. The kitchen received a fresh update with sleek white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, a black matte faucet, and stainless steel appliances—creating a stylish and functional cooking space.

In the bathroom and vanity areas, we continued the clean, contemporary look with custom tile flooring, updated fixtures, and minimalist finishes. Every detail was handled with precision, delivering a refreshed, move-in-ready unit that reflects the high standards of both the property management and our crew.
