Roussos Construction completed a full renovation of a model unit at Mode Apartments in Sacramento. The transformation included luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the unit, updated finishes, modern paint, and light fixture upgrades. The goal was to create a model unit that inspires potential tenants with clean lines, modern tones, and a move-in-ready feel.
