Roussos Construction was contracted to complete a full-scale interior renovation of the Sutter Station Apartments (formerly Blairmore Apartments), located in Rancho Cordova, CA. This transformation included high-end modern finishes, energy-efficient fixtures, and code-compliant improvements that significantly improved tenant satisfaction and asset value for ownership.
