This multi-zone commercial renovation focused on elevating the experience and aesthetic appeal through high-impact flooring and refined finishes. Our team installed custom concrete flooring with intricate compass-inspired inlay work, combining brushed metallic accents with polished finishes for a sleek, modern look. The result is a striking visual anchor that runs through the heart of the clubhouse and reception area.

In addition to the polished concrete centerpiece, the renovation incorporated:

• Modern gray carpet tiles in private offices and administrative areas for durability and acoustic comfort
